Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
I understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. However, to ensure fairness to all of my clients, I have the following cancellation policy:
• 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
• Late Cancellations & No-Show:
Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or no-shows, will be subject to a 50% charge of the service balance. This fee covers the inconvenience of reserving the spot and the difficulty of filling the appointment space on short notice.
