Cancellation Policy
Online Booking Only, No DMs or texts for appointments.
3 min late grace period w/ $10 fee, 4+ mins = canceled/no-show.
Cancellations need to be made at least 96 hrs ahead. No-shows/late cancels = 75% fee.
Deposits do not transfer.
Consent Forms must be complete before every appointments.
Add-Ons must be booked in advance. No last-minute changes.
Missed confirmations will cancel your appointment.
