CANCELLATION POLICY
Online Booking Only, No DMs or texts for appointments. Cancellations need to be made at least 2 weeks ahead. No-shows/late cancels = 90% cancellation fee. Deposits do not transfer & are non-refundable. Consent Forms must be complete before every appointments. All appointments must be confirmed at least 72 hours in advance of appointment date. If this is not done, the appointment will be automatically canceled. Please confirm all appointment. Add-Ons must be booked in advance. No last-minute changes. Please text 916-809-2558 upon arrival. Repeated violations = blocked booking access. PLEASE no children or extra guests unless receiving service.
